By commissioning or purchasing, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.
I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any commission for any reason.2. Commission Process
Process:
Clients must contact me (Ko-fi / Discord commission server) before purchasing to confirm availability and pricing.- Work begins after full payment is received, unless otherwise agreed.- Prices may vary based on complexity, detail, length, or revisions.Revisions:
- 1 minor revision is included unless stated otherwise.- Minor revisions include small color, marking, or pose tweaks.- Major revisions, full redesigns, or new concepts are not included and may require a new commission.Deadlines & Turnaround:
- Turnaround time varies depending on workload and commission type.- I will communicate if delays occur.3. Creative Freedom vs Guided OC's- Full Creative Freedom OC commissions give me full artistic control.- Designs created under this option are not eligible for major changes.- Guided/custom commissions follow client input but still reflect my artistic style.4. Usage RightsAll commissions are for personal use only.You may:- Use the artwork as profile pictures, banners, or personal posts (with credit).You may NOT:- Claim the artwork as your own- Use it for commercial purposes- Edit or alter the artwork without permissionCommercial Use- Commercial usage (merch, branding, monetized content, resale) requires explicit permission and an additional fee.5. Artist Rights- I retain full copyright to all artwork and animations unless otherwise agreed.I may:- Share commissioned work on social media, portfolios, or websites- If you want your commission to remain private, please inform me before work begins.6. Payments & RefundsMy prices are shown in Euro's (€), please convert the price amount to your country's currency before deciding to commission.I do not work on a commission if it hasn't been paid yet.Payment can be made on Paypal

Payment platforms (Ko‑fi, PayPal, etc.) handle transactions under their own privacy policies.Policy Updates:These Terms & Privacy Policy may be updated at any time.
